Adam was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He had it fixed in a short time and left me then rest of the day. It was definitely worth repairing the refrigerator as opposed to buying a new one. Kearsly service has been a go-to source for many years and never failed me. Thank you.

Had the toughest time finding a replacement stove knob online, and all I had to do the whole time was call this team and give them the serial number of my stove. They had it in within 2 days and made it super easy and convenient.Friendly, easy replacement parts for appliances! Will definitely go here first for future similar needs.

Kearsley Service center has been my AC and water heater installers for over 35yrs. They are the best. They are quick to respond to any problems I’ve had. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

My Theramador fridge had quit and Kearsley's were able to come up quicker then others that I had called and I'm so glad it worked out that way. Adam was able to get my fridge up and running with a part he had in the truck but also pointed out the fan was not turning as it should. I had him order the new fan. As soon as it was in they called me to schedule a time. From the first call to scheduling & both visits with Adam it was a pleasure. He was very kind, extremely knowledgeable and quick. (He even listened to my cat rescue stories) Highly recommend!

My AC went out on a holiday week with temps over a 100 degrees and lows in the upper 70s. My home was so horribly hot!! Kearsley responded that day and determined that a part would need to be order from the Midwest. They ordered the part and personally drove to the warehouse to pick it up the next day. They installed the part in over 102 degrees on top of my roof. They made sure it was running even though it was after hours. I recommend this company to everyone! This was a crisis for me and my girls and they understood and quickly responded with knowledge and professionalism!!! Thank you so much!!!

My Dad has been recommending this company for years. I completely understand why. The quality of service and professionalism shown by Adam while fixing my dishwasher was absolutely phenomenal. Adam was so patient with all my dumb questions. When my four year old told him that the dishwasher broke because she "let in a bug and it went into the dishwasher and broke it." Adam said well that's too bad let's see what we can do to get that bug out. I can't stress what a great job he did.

After the heating element went out on our dryer. I called Alan at the Clearfield location and he had the exact part I needed. I was able to pick up the part the same day and fix our dryer. Parts for appliances are not easy to find, so it’s awesome these guys carry them. Thanks again!

I can't say enough good things about this company and about Alan specifically!! He is so incredibly helpful no matter what issue we're dealing with! Alan has helped us a lot throughout the years. We've needed a water heater, an AC capacitor, and an AC fan motor. All of which Alan was able to help us get the right parts for and share his knowledge on how to do the work ourselves to save money. He is incredibly knowledgeable about anything and everything and willing to share that knowledge so we don't fail during our DIY projects to save money. We've saved so much money by being able to buy parts at a really great price, and do it ourselves with Alan's instructions. Once again the best place ever to get appliance parts. I called to see if they had my dryer parts. I was explaining it in different terms “and then it has the little triangle thingys. And the spinning rod thing clips in” the guy on the phone knew what I was trying to explain. I was going to buy all the parts and change them out. He told me how to check a specific part. I took pictures and headed down from Brigham. It was worth the drive to get the right parts and the right customer service!

Kearsley Service Center gave me a time frame of 12-5pm, so I wasn’t expecting to have someone on my doorstep at 12:15…Kerry was patient, and efficient! He was EXCELLENT and fixed my Swamp Cooler in no time😁👍. Thank you for sending me the Best!!! I guess I’m one of the last to need Swamp Cooler repair…YAY!

Great customer service, just went in for dryer parts a hour ago. Were able to answer my questions and had exactly what I needed. Gave me options on parts and prices. With the material and parts they gave me, took me 15 minutes to fix the problem.

Alan and Greg are First Class!! These guys absolutely went above and beyond. I went in to get a fan motor and the default one that was in the system was $500. I asked if we could work together to find a cheaper motor that would still get the job done and they spent the extra time working through it with me and ended up saving me $300! They shared their knowledge with me ensuring I would get the job done right and safely. Highly recommend this place for any service they provide.

These guys were able to replace my blower motor after another company told me it could not be replaced due to the age of my furnace. Andrew was my tech, and he was amazing. Got us back up and running for a fraction of what it would be to replace the whole furnace! Thank you!

These guys saved us Tens of Thousands of dollars by being honest when another company wanted to replace the whole system but all we needed was a little part. We are forever customers! They have helped us save more than that over the years by having parts in stock for all major appliances. These guys are our go-to. Don't know what we'd do without them.

My furnace quit working in the middle of winter. Al at Kearsley helped me get the right parts and even had them in stock. The parts worked perfect and were better priced than anywhere. All of the staff is knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially any DIYer as most HVAC distributors do not sell to the general public. They're also who I'll call anytime I need a service for anything a little outside of my skillset.

Our furnace stopped working yesterday. We had another company come out and we were told that the part would be expensive and it would take 38 days to arrive. Of course, they offered to replace our aging furnace more quickly but it would cost thousands of dollars. Kearsley located the part for us in Richfield, Utah yesterday, but today when our repairman Roth came by he recognized that the part could be sourced locally today! He had us up and running in a couple of hours. He was wonderful! Great job guys.

We woke up to no heat on Saturday morning. We were unsure exactly what was wrong with our furnace, but after googling and different parts on three different trips to Kearsley our furnace is up and running. We called each time before just driving in and even though their system said they had the parts they double checked that they could put their hands on it before we drove in. Very friendly and very professional. We appreciate their great customer service.

I drive by this place all the time. I never needed to go there. If I had an issue I would call a technician or go to Lowes or Home Depot, and hope I can find the thing I needed. A friend of mine recommended I go here when my dryer was not heating properly. Alan not only told me what parts might be the issue, but he explained in great detail why it failed, and the other potential areas of failure. I brought in the parts that might be the culprit, he tested them, found the problem part, and had the new one in hand within minutes. Came home to a large puddle of water on our hardwood floors coming from our fridge. Husband & I pull fridge forward & he finds the culprit. The water dispenser valve. So he makes a few calls. Kearsley says they can get it the next day. Other places say they can get it in a few weeks. You bet we called Kearsley & they delivered!Anytime the husband sends me to Kearsley, not only do they have the part, but they also take the time to explain things to you. I had the drain pump fail in my LG front load washer (13 years old). I was able to call Kearsley’s with the model number and get a part number. They had the part in stock and pulled for me by the time I got there. Great service and pleasant folks.

Called this morning about 9 for service on our refrigerator. Courtney showed up about noon and did a great job. Saw what the problem was but went beyond and looked for root of the problem. I would say about average price but they guarantee their work for 90 days. Completely satisfied

The blower motor on my AC started squealing then quit. It was easy to take out the old motor but frustratingly I couldn’t find a place that would sell me a new motor without a contractors license. Kearsley’s was happy to help, they had the right motor in stock.The house is cool, the family is happy and I saved a ton of money.

My AC was not coming on. Had 2 other HVAC services tell me it was unable to be repaired and I needed a brand new $$ unit. Shane repaired it no problem and it is still working great. I am so happy to find someone that I can rely on to be honest AND skilled.

These guys were great to work with. They were nice, honest & followed through. The one time I ordered a part, it wasn't the right one & they were super helpful & took care of it immediately & they had a quick turnaround.The second interaction, I went & asked about a part for my washer. They priced it out & suggested other options on the washer that might be affecting it, so I felt I was able to make a more informed decision whether or not to move forward with the repair.

Shane Kearsley came out and fixed our freezer did a great job! He was professional, quick, and our freezer is working great again! We were also happy with the price.

I needed to figure out why my dryer wasn’t working. I researched the problem and went to Kearsley Service Center to get the part I needed. Greg gave me a lot of advice and tips on what needed to happen, even printed out a diagram of the parts and marked what I needed to repair. That helped me find out what was really wrong, and Alan hooked me up the next day with the parts I needed. He even checked the thermostat so I didn’t buy parts that were still good. These folks care about customers and go the extra mile! They have won my business.

It's nice to be able to pick up HVAC supplies and appliance needs that doesn't behold you to owning a certification to buy. They also provide you with advice and installation instructions. Very reasonable prices,Why risk getting something online with all that? I have bought a/c, gas heater, refrigerator and dishwasher parts here and always was happy with my purchases. It's my go-to for these things.

IT'S A HARDWARE STORE!! I had no idea! I always just thought they repaired appliances and sold diy parts. But they have EVERYTHING!! And their prices are extremely reasonable! They have calking, bulk nails, breakers, extension cords, drywall spackle, flashlights, ceramic heaters, decorative flags, vent covers, hand tools, yard tools, all the random little things you would find in a little Mom & Pop hardware store! And the guy working the counter was amazing! I gave him the model number of the appliance I was trying to fix and he found me just the right part and super quick too! Definitely worth a stop in if you've never been here before!

I needed a last minute part for a furnace repair. I called them right as they were closing and they still helped me out and got me what I needed. Great service.

My A.C went out over pioneer weekend went to Kearsley Center the 25th of July. Alan at the front desk was super helpful,when I told him it may be my capacitor he told me to pull mine out and he would check it for me no problem. I came back 20 minutes later with the old part, and he confirmed that was the problem. If you are a little DIY'er go talk to these guys before paying for a repair man. Allen really helped me out and explained things to help me fix my a/c unit. Had everything I needed for a 21 year old unit. They even helped me out when my bike broke down in their lot! Great service and I will be a forever customer!

We had a great experience! I came in needing a specific part for my outdoor AC compressor. Even though the part that I brought in was mislabeled from the factory, they were able to quickly figure out what part it actually was, got it ordered and into their shop within 2 days. AC is now up and running just in time for a super hot day. The staff is professional, yet very approachable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

This place is amazing! They are ready to help you in any way. From getting the full service done by professionals to your DIY HVAC. Projects they are able to provide the knowledge and products you need to get it done! The staff is super warm and understanding of any skill level and help you to make a game plan. We needed to fix a break in our water line to the swamp cooler. They let me know the best quick fix and priced out a full line replacement. He never tried to upsell me and really seemed to care about me getting the Job done for the best price possible!

I am very late putting my reviews in! My dryer is an older model and was what my husband and I could afford at the time we got it. The guy behind the counter was beyond helpful! Our furnace went out when the temp outside was going to get well below freezing! He helped me get the right part after a different service company tried to rip us off in our time of need for $3,800!! $109 and about an hour of work later and we got our furnace up and running! Stove went out while cooking dinner. I diagnosed it and went online for parts but they were one to two weeks out. I called the service center and was able to pick up the parts immediately. Very helpful and straightforward people. Will definitely use them again

Great response time and a technician that was knowledgeable and properly diagnosed my unit. He was able to get the replacement part and get it installed in a few hours which re established my heat. Thank you for the fast response and great service!Update 1-6-2022 - The business owner and his staff took the time on two different occasions to spend one on one time with me to go over a wiring schematic so I could properly install a new ignition control module for my furnace. The part had been superseded and required me to update it to a newer unit. I am very impressed that the business took the time to help me install my own unit which in return saved me money by allowing me to do it myself. Not only have they come to my house to service my furnace, they offered me assistance to do something I was able to do on my own. Thank you for running a great business with customer service and satisfaction being the forefront of the business moto! Will continue to use this business for my HVAC needs for years to come! Shane was very professional and friendly. He found the problem with our refrigerator right away and fixed it quickly. He cleaned the work area and helped us determine if the water supply was connected to a filter. The price was reasonable, and overall it was a nice experience.
