Thank you Alan for being so awesome. Our furnace was acting up and he provided us with excellent service and the correct part to repair it. He is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. Super cool guy!

Furnace acted up in the first week of December and Google and AI make some suggestions that didn't fix the problem but identified what might be the offending part. Look online and lots of places have them that could be delivered in a week or so. Stopped in to Dick Kearsley Service and spoke with Alan. Got the replacement part in question, took it home, installed it, and the furnace is back up and running. Thank you to Alan for being open on a weekend, local, and having the part available to take home.

I have been here 3 times. Each time Alan has been wonderful to work with and has actually helped me trouble shoot my issues rather than just try and get me to buy new parts. This type of service shows that you can trust the advice that they give you. Amazing service.

I requested a service call on a Saturday and MIKE SHUMAKER service tech came to check out my LG Refrigerator that I had purchased at RC Willey because it stopped cooling and we had lost all our food including the freezer. The compressor had given up. After being advised to the situation I decided to just purchase another refrigerator since my warranty had ran out by one month. Mike was asked a good place to get another refrigerator and he referred me to Boyle Appliance in Ogden, Utah. I want it noted that Mike was very professional, polite, and right to the point after checking everything out. If I owned a business I would hire this young man right away because of his courtesy he showed . If I could give hime a 6th star I sure would.

These guys are awesome. We got the wrong mounting bracket, and they didn't even charge us the difference. Really good service and have lots of parts in stock.

They carry a wide variety of brand name parts so they last! Every time that we have had a random little part that we needed to replace on something we’ve been able to find that part for a good price here. Alan was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back next time we need a part.

Stuart helped me get my Swamp Cooler back to practically Brand New In less than an hour! After 3 months of it not working properly and blowing out hot air. I definitely recommend you contacting them if you are in need of help with your cooler or any HVAC services. Great customer service!

I thought I had a capacitor go out on my ac and DIck Kearsley had the part I needed. When I went to pick it up Alan checked my capacitor just to double check that it was bad before just selling me a new one. It wasn’t bad. He helped me diagnose further into my problem and with his help I found that the motor was the problem. Once again they had the new motor on the shelf and took the time to show me how to wire it up since the wire colors were slightly different. Due to Alan’s help my AC wasn’t down very long. Very thankful for his time and help.

Wonderful customer service experience from the friendly informed customer service representative that scheduled my same day appointment to the very professional technician that accurately diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. Our A/C is working better than it has for a long time. I was impressed at how many other services they offer in addition to the traditional HVAC services. Wonderful peace of mind knowing who I can trust for future repair needs! I only wish 6 star reviews were possible 👍. Kudos to the owners who set such a high standard for company culture.

Called looking for a control board for our furnace after other stores told us they couldn’t use a part number to tell us if they have one in stock and needed “specs”. Dirk Kearsley was able to tell us exactly what we needed using, get this, THE PART NUMBER! I was able to pick it up had have our ac running again within an hour and it was cheaper than what I could find online!!

Alan was the most delightful, fun, crazy guy! And super knowledgeable! We came in to get a ac fan motor, and he even took the time to open the box, show us how to go from 4 wires to 3, and sprayed our old motor fan with some awesome stuff to get it unstuck 😅 For an emotionally charged morning, he brought some much needed levity and knowledge to feel empowered with the tools to get the job done! Not hoping for more stuff to break, but when it does, I'll be heading there before I go anywhere else!

I had a part break on my washer on a Saturday. I was calling all over the place when I was direct to call Kearsleys. Alan was extremely helpful and got me the part I needed! Thanks Alan!

They had the OEM idler pulley and belt for my Samsung dryer in stock. They also offered the aftermarket parts to save money. The employees are extremely nice and knowledgeable.

I went into DK to get a heater element for my dryer. After a discussion with Stuart, he asked if I could bring my old element in along with the fuse and another part that was on the heater element. I went home and recovered the three items and went back. Laren tested my parts and it was the fuse! After a discussion with these 2 individuals about why my dryer could be overheating and making the fuse go bad, I bought a new fuse. The fuse was probably 10x cheaper than the heater element. I knew my lint trap and flexible hose was clear but the lint trap casing (not sure that is the name) was something I did not know about. Boom, that was very full. We cleaned it, put the dryer back together and tried it out. Our first load was a heavy dark load and it dried with the first cycle. It's been a long time since that has happened. I will always be going there if we need any appliance parts because I know they are an honest store. Especially if I know Laren or Stuart will be helping me! I'm sure all the employees are trustworthy if they work for DK. Thank you all so much!

I DIY almost all my home repairs and Alan has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful for making that possible. Had a capacitor go bad on my ac unit and he helped me check it to make sure that was the case and got me what I needed same day. Definitely the store to go to if you’re looking to do it yourself!

This company is very professional and very knowledgeable. Jon was determined to get my problem resolved. The resolution was not easy to get to but he didn't want to give up and leave me in a cold home. Highly recommend!

SAME DAY SERVICE!! I called dick kearsley at 1:30pm when I noticed my heater wasn't working and resetting it wasn't solving the problem. They sent out Andrew Cook by 3:45 and he was an absolute encyclopedia of knowledge, which was great because I had a lot of questions for him. We plan on getting central air in the future and will definitely be going through dick kearsley for that project. Here's the best part, he didn't push me to buy unnecessary things, and when I offered to leave a review he was very appreciative that I would do that but never made me feel like I was being pressured. Today's repair was affordable and quick, this being the second time we've used their service in the last 5 years I expected a much bigger problem and was pleasantly surprised. Thanks Andrew

Super happy with this shop. I’m more of a DIYer and appreciate places like this that empower you to make self repairs. I woke up today with a chilly home and went downstairs to find my furnace blinking a familiar code telling me my pressure sensor likely had moisture in it again. Sadly this time it wast an easy fix and the whole sensor needed replacing. This occurred on a Saturday morning and after a few calls around looking for the part nobody was helpful. Most locations could only assist by finding the part on Monday. With my wife and six kids sitting in a home now at 60 degrees and plummeting I persisted. My dad recommended trying these guys. One quick visit and I was out the door with a replacement pressure sensor. They didn’t have an exact matching part but had one so similar in spec and used by the same make as my furnace that it was strongly recommended. Well it worked like a charm and now I have happy kids and a happy wife.

Dick Kearslsey Service Center was amazing. Last night got down to 9 degrees and we had electric heaters to keep us warm. When I called Shawna was absolutely wonderful. Was kind and patient, and said they will work with me when I said I was between paydays. Andrew the service tech checked the heating sensor 1st and got us back up and running within minutes. And i honestly thought i would have a couple hundred bill, but he only charged a basic service fee. We have used other companies in the past and they always want your entire paycheck and your 1st born. Kearslsey is honest and doesn't perk people around. Thank you Kearlsey for helping us out

I was stationed and now retired in the area. The parts department has always gone out of their way to assist me and explain when something is beyond economical repair. I called today for a part for my stove and the parts center explained every supplier was out of stock but still gave me the part number and suggested where I could find it elsewhere. I will support this local business over a big box store any day. My dishwasher and avocado green drier is still going strong thanks to these guys.

Father in law needed his microwave fixed and technician, Adam was very kind and explained everything he was going to do to completed the fix. Not to mention the fair pricing too. Thanks for a job well done.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer support service as well as the technician that came out to check problems with refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher customer service was excellent and technician explained everything he was checking on the appliances both individuals were very informative which was much appreciated. I needed to fix my furnace. I called to see about a couple parts. Wyatt looked up the parts for me and also helped with troubleshooting the issue. Unfortunately,, after I got the new part, the old part was rusted and seized together. I called the next day for a whole housing assembly and Allen instructed me what to do and saved me at least 50% or more on not having to buy the whole assembly. These guys were honest and so very helpful. I definitely recommend them for any issues you have. I will be a loyal customer.
