- Initial repairs needed to get the equipment running properly, the customer will receive a 10% discount on the parts and labor.

Fall Furnace Tune Up (one visit)

- Inspection includes Inspection and Tune Up (Green Sticker is Extra)
- Visual inspection of furnace
- Heat Exchanger visual inspection
- Heat Exchanger check for flame disturbance
- Burners, inspect for rust and operation
- Check Thermocouple / Clean Flame Sensor
- Vacuum and clean furnace (Light cleaning, does not include removal of motor or cleaning heat exchanger)
- Clean existing filter (New filter is extra)
- Check High Limit Control
- Check Flame Roll out sensor (If needed)
- Check flue spillage switch
- Check Fan Switch
- Check Filter Switch (If required)
- Check Door Switch for operation
- Inspect main flue and connectors
- Set Heat Anticipator and level thermostat
- Inspect for loose wire connections or bad terminals
- Cycle the furnace through a complete cycle
- Inspect overall operation for current codes (Flueing, combustion air etc.)
- Clean and oil motor
- Check Manifold Pressure
- Check Temperature rise for proper adjustment
