Furnace and Air Conditioning Gold Medal Service (4 Scheduled Visits)

  • Four scheduled visits per year. 1 Spring Tune-up on the Air Conditioner
  • 2 Fall Tune-up on the furnace
  • 3 and 4 other visits during the year to change filters. Change filters 4 times per year. (Filters not included)
  • 15% discount on any parts needed for repairs
  • Pay $20.00 co-pay for any repairs during the season and we will cover the rest of the labor. (Normal hours only)
  • Initial repairs needed to get the equipment running properly, the customer pays labor but still receives 15% discount on parts
  • Customer will receive priority service. (Normal hours only)
  • Discounted Price on purchases of new Furnace or Air Conditioners
  • Labor not covered on compressor replacement, heat exchanger or unit replacements.
