- Clean the condenser

- Check and clean furnace filter. (New filter not included)
- Check and Record AC start amps
- Check and Record AC run amps
- Check refrigerant charge
- Check and Record the temperature drop (If Temperature drop is not correct, check evaporator coil. Additional charge.)
- Check Thermostat
- Check Water Drain
